My Macbook has been stuck in restore for 80hrs. How do i fix this?

I tried to restore my Macbook as i always have sucessfully only this time it looks as if its downloading El Captain normally, then it gets stuck at the end. With a remaing time of 80 hrs. My Macbook has been stuck there every since last night. How do i fix this?
